City planner Jeremy Leifer described that the new owners of the former Berkshire Auto Sales property were late providing updated site plan materials and staff lacked time to complete a review. Commissioners moved to table the item to the Sept. 10 docket; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
The applicant, identified in the agenda as Anthony Battaglia, will be expected to submit the updated materials before the Sept. 10 meeting so staff can review and circulate the packet.
