Board Chair Matt Perry opened the public hearing on the application for the lot (referred to in the record at times as 400 Prospect, 404 Prospect, and 400 Parcel B). City planning staff presented the application and recommended approval of a reduced established front yard to preserve a 40-inch white oak tree but recommended denial of the requested height variance.
