Ordinance 0545, described to council as “omnibus amendments to Titles 10, 11 and 13 of the Yamhill Municipal Code and the Yamhill comprehensive plan,” passed on a recorded unanimous vote after the council conducted first and second readings by title.
The ordinance updates zoning and land-division regulations related to housing, downtown development and annexation, according to the title read aloud at the meeting. Council members did not engage in extended debate on the ordinance during the meeting; the ordinance was read and then approved by vote.
