Good afternoon. This is the fiscal year 26 capital improvement plan workshop covering the approximate $22,000,000 in capital projects and programs included in the proposed fiscal year 26 budget, Wellington staff said at the start of a council workshop.
The presentation summarized a proposed FY26 capital improvement plan (CIP) that staff said includes one‑time governmental CIP projects of $5.4 million, ongoing governmental projects of $7.2 million and utility projects of $9.2 million, for roughly $22 million in FY26 and a multi‑year CIP through 2030.
