On first reading, the board approved Ordinance No. 1664 to rezone 203 Highland Drive from low-density residential (R-1) to medium-density residential (R-2) and Ordinance No. 1665 to rezone parcels on East Lauderdale Street (addresses listed as 1306, 1308 and a to-be-determined number) from R-2 to R-3; both passed the first of two readings, 5-0.
