Committee members discussed practical details, including numbering courts, paddle‑holder queuing systems and signage that directs people to the online reservation link. Kim, who identified the event organizer, said the Clovis Action Team will hold the first annual pickleball tournament next week and that registration is available on the All in Clovis Facebook page.
The committee also discussed adding a QR code on signage and placing rule and reservation information at the courts. Staff said receipts for reservations will include the date and time and that reservations will be handled at the recreation desk.
