Early in the meeting commissioners approved a property tax adjustment application for Robert and Alexis Squire under Utah Code Annotated 59-2-1347. The commission discussed a corrected adjustment amount that was not reflected in the packet and approved the change by voice vote.
The commission approved a $25,000 agreement with Utah State University Botanical Center to sponsor several county events, including the 2025 Arts in the Arboretum, Taste Tour, 4-H Junior Livestock Show, Scarecrow Walk and Reindeer Express; the contract runs from Aug. 1 to Dec. 31, 2025.
