City engineer Scott Finley told the council the project — listed in the agenda as JPCR2025-007 and tied to parcel numbers 88-20-14-152-001 and 88-20-14-301-031 — was originally approved on June 14, 2021 but did not move forward because of delays following the COVID-19 period. Finley said the revised agreement is essentially unchanged from the 2021 approval and that engineering has reviewed and approved updated drawings.
