Magistrates instructed staff to obtain an itemized explanation of the Kronos invoice and clarify which charges are recurring maintenance and which are one-time purchases or rentals. No formal decision or payment authorization occurred during the meeting.
The county will return with an itemized invoice and recommended payment approach at a future meeting, according to staff comments in the record.
