A commissioner asked whether the association had a document the county could sign; the commissioner directed staff to prepare a permission letter. The commissioner said, "Amber, if you would ask Debbie when she gets back or somebody to help with putting together that permission letter," and added that once the letter is prepared the item should be placed on the consent agenda.
Kathy said the fair association would provide the documentation the county needs; the committee did not vote but gave direction to county staff to prepare a letter and add the request to the consent agenda for board approval.
