The policy revision was presented as a second reading by staff member Richard Bringhurst, who said the district included the Nevada Administrative Code guidance and a Nevada Department of Education memorandum in the board packet. “You will see the Nevada Administrative Code that it's based upon,” Bringhurst told the board, and staff provided a frequently asked questions document and a list of approved activities to guide implementation.
