Daviess County to resurface KY 298, finish KY 662 as KYTC funds allocated; Baird Road drainage contract increased

Phelps said work on roads with documented base failures is included in the project scope; additional base failures not in the initial proposal would be handled with remaining funds before contractor pay-out. He said the timing of contractor work depends on the KYTC process in Frankfort after the court’s approval of meeting minutes.
The court did not specify implementation dates for resurfacing work. No public opposition or alternative project lists were recorded during the discussion.
