Harrisburg zoning board continues application for 508–510 N. Second St. to Aug. 18

The continuance was announced at the opening of the meeting. Planning staff told the board they had received a letter from the applicant asking that the hearing be rescheduled to the August 18, 2025 zoning hearing board meeting. Chair Claude Phipps asked for a motion to accept the continuance and the board voted in favor.
The board did not take testimony or substantive evidence on the matter tonight; the only action was to grant the continuance. A written decision or further action will follow after the rescheduled hearing.
A written decision or scheduling notice will be issued in advance of the Aug. 18 hearing.
