A motion to adopt the meeting agenda was made by Council member Andrew Cook and seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Tim Moore; the council voted in favor and the agenda was adopted.
Council later voted to go into closed session for item 2025‑282; the motion was made by Council member Holmes and seconded by Council member Johnson and carried by voice vote. After the closed session the council moved to adjourn; the motion to adjourn was made by Council member Holmes and seconded by Council member Peters and the meeting was adjourned.
