- Hazard mitigation plan adoption: Motion to adopt Resolution number 205-2009 adopting the Macomb County Hazard Mitigation Plan. Motion carried by roll call (unanimous yes).
- Emergency siren replacement: Motion to accept a proposal from West Shore Services for a Federal Signal Equinox warning siren at 17420 Ash, not to exceed $34,800. Motion passed by roll call (unanimous yes).
- Special event approval: Approval of Better Life Church Harvest Fest on Oct. 31, 2025, under administration Option 2 conditions (permits/inspections, tents and fire-code compliance, site plan, post-event cleanup, ADA access and sound controls). Roll-call vote: unanimous yes.
- Payroll and bills: Motion to pay bills in the amount of $11,401,141.35. Motion carried by roll call (unanimous yes).
- Closed session: Motion to go into closed session for attorney-client privileged communication and pending litigation pursuant to MCL 15.2681; motion supported and approved by roll call (unanimous yes). The council recessed to closed session at 8:11 p.m.
