Treasurer Lynn told the commission the budget — for the period Oct. 1, 2025, through Sept. 30, 2026 — projects tax-increment revenues primarily from new development in the agency’s active districts and includes carryover funds for ongoing public improvements. Lynn said total projected revenues including carryover funds are $5,599,348 and that staff expects to draw $90,574 from the general fund to meet operating costs during the year.
