Hearing examiner approves notice waivers, grants multiple continuances and acknowledges withdrawals on MDC docket

- 2025 ZON 062 (57095 Points Road and 7340 East Edgewood Avenue, Franklin Township, Council District 25): continued to 09/11/2025 to allow further traffic-impact study review; petitioner had no objection.

- 2025 CZN 836 & 2025 CAP 836 (4035 Meadows Parkway and 4195 Millersville Road): continued to 09/11/2025 (petitioner requested no new notice); this companion pair concerns a crematorium use and the petitioner said more community engagement was needed.
- 2025 APP 003 (620 East 21st Street): continued to 08/28/2025 without notice to allow staff to review recently submitted documents.
- 2025 CZN 839 & 2025 CPL 839 (222 Hillside Avenue): continued to 09/11/2025 at the request of a councilor and neighborhood association; petitioner did not object.
- Staff also requested continuance of 2025 ZON 082 (1544 East Tenth Street, Center Township) to 08/28/2025 after the petitioner did not appear; the examiner granted the continuance.
The examiner repeatedly advised petitioners and remonstrators of appeal rights under MDC rules and set deadlines for commitments to be submitted before the MDC meeting dates.
