The city’s finance director presented the third-quarter financial report for the period ending June 30, 2025, showing total assets of $19,631,911 and year‑to‑date revenues of $14,504,595.
Stephanie Saturn said total liabilities were about $2.4 million and that year‑to‑date expenses stood at $13,164,000, leaving revenues over expenses of approximately $1,339,906 for the fiscal year to date. She noted a posting error in the originally published agenda packet and said corrected figures were provided in the updated booklet for commissioners.
In quarterly comparisons, property-tax collections were modestly higher than the same quarter last year and overall revenues were up compared with the prior year through the same period. Saturn said monthly cash-flow comparisons showed a small month-to-month increase (about 0.9%). She told commissioners she will update the online reports with the most current numbers.
