Solicitor Jay summarized a recommendation from the borough engineer and finance staff that the council adopt a resolution authorizing a contingent escrow release of $37,119.50 to Brookhaven Storage LLC, conditioned on receipt of a maintenance/warranty bond and final PennDOT approval; council voted to adopt the resolution.
