IT contracts approved
- Ivanti Cherwell service-management maintenance renewal: Chief Information Officer Sandra Perry described the department’s use of the Ivanti Cherwell ITSM system (ticketing and service request tracking) used by multiple county offices. The committee approved a contract renewal not to exceed $81,284.10. Perry said the vendor product is approaching end-of-life and that the county will procure a replacement ITSM tool before end-of-life (noted to run through 2026).
- Microsoft enterprise agreement: The committee also approved a countywide Microsoft 365 enterprise contract with Insight Public Sector not to exceed $5,395,643.85 through June 30, 2026, with two optional one-year renewals capped at $1,798,547.95 per renewal.
