Council members asked whether they wanted further discussion of specific street locations; Councilmember John McHugh (referred to during the meeting) had requested the street locations in advance and indicated he had no further questions. The council approved the resolution on roll call.
The resolution moves the project forward to implementation under the city’s public works program; staff will coordinate scheduling and contract execution with Kinsley Construction and the city engineer.
