Council authorizes city manager to execute Runkel Canyon agreements; staff to return with engineering report

Action taken: Council member Rocky Rhodes moved approval of the consent items that included the Runkel Canyon item; the motion passed unanimously. City staff said they intend to return to the council, at least on consent, to report the results of engineering evaluations and any proposed changes to subdivision improvement agreements so the council can review them and inform constituents.
