Cathedral City council approves excused absence for member Lam

Council member Carnivale made the motion and Council member Gutierrez seconded it. During the roll call the council recorded unanimous support, and Mayor Ross said, "Motion carries all ayes." The council then proceeded with the study session agenda.
The vote occurred at the start of the council's Aug. 15 study session and was recorded before the meeting moved on to presentations and updates.
