City of Fairfax Planning Commission members reviewed July 28 staff updates to the comprehensive plan implementation guides and the four adopted small area plans and heard a summary of recent project milestones and grant awards.
"This presentation will cover the implementation guides for the comprehensive plan as well as the four adopted small area plans," said Miss Denny, who led the commission briefing on implementation progress. Staff reported that 129 of the 339 total action items in the implementation guides were updated since the January review and that 32 of 70 land-use actions have new statuses.
