Council members pressed for enforcement expectations and asked for a summary of total violations since the program began; the chief said there were substantially more than 11 violations but staff would provide a complete count at the next meeting. Councilors discussed signage and placement to deter loud vehicles and agreed the trailers are one tool among others.
The motion to approve the purchase passed on a voice vote.
