The council unanimously approved ceremonial and policy items including a resolution designating the fourth Friday in October as "Built Like Noah L Day," and a resolution proclaiming National Fire Prevention Week. The body also approved development items that clear the way for new housing and infrastructure: a revised concept plan and related rezoning for the Villages of Mason subdivision, final plats for Nouveau phases 1A and 1B, and an agreement to pursue a local partnership (LPA) for citywide traffic signal upgrades funded in part by a federal grant.
