The committee approved a resolution authorizing an underground telecommunications easement across DNR-owned parcels so that county fiber can be extended to park facilities; the resolution passed unanimously. Later in the meeting members approved a permanent electric distribution easement to allow connection of a new home on Ninetieth Avenue and 112th Street in Salem Lakes; staff said the easement would allow We Energies to connect the new residence to power.
