Resident thanks county public works for storm-sewer work on Bronzeville Road and West Club Drive

Schmutzer also recognized David Voyer, director of the Allegheny County Department of Elections, for his long tenure and thanked Council Member Bethany Hallam for community service work unrelated to the sewer project.
The council did not take any formal action related to the storm-sewer work during the meeting; the remarks were presented as public gratitude for completed or ongoing infrastructure repairs.
