• Revised final plat — Leawood Subdivision, Lots 503B, 530B1 and 716B (consent item A): The council approved a revised final plat combining remnant pieces of lots south of 90 First Street and west of Lee Boulevard to reflect existing yard usage and clear up historical property-line confusion. Planning staff said the transaction formalizes ownership that neighbors already treated as part of an adjacent yard. The motion was adopted by roll call 7–0.
