The board voted by roll call to adopt the district’s LTFM plan required by the Minnesota Department of Education. Ashley, a district staff member who presented the plan, told the board the LTFM plan "consists of 3 parts: a 10 year expenditure projection, a 10 year revenue projection, and a statement of assurances," and that the statement of assurances must be signed by the superintendent.
