"I think we can agree to that without agitating," said Chance, indicating informal consent for the idea. Jade Marmol said she would include the citation in staff materials. "Not only does it provide transparency and kind of, like you said, you know, show the thinking behind it, but it also helps us kind of create collect some data on, out of those 10 points, which ones are being hit the most. So, yeah. I will do that when we send out the tech recommendations," Marmol said.
The discussion focused on procedural transparency rather than a formal policy change. No motion or vote was recorded to adopt a new policy; instead staff indicated they would add the requested documentation to the technical recommendations they circulate.
