Staff said the applicant addressed previous completeness items by adding a proposed septic location, proposed well, and parking spaces. Staff also reported that a temporary trail on the rear of the property that previously connected to the adjacent parcel will be removed as part of the plan. Having received the requested materials, staff recommended the application be deemed complete and set for public hearing.
The board voted unanimously to find the application complete and to schedule the public hearing at the next meeting; no final approvals were granted at the hearing. The applicant was present and represented by Austin Fagan, who said the neighbors’ adjacent parking area had recently been paved and that the applicant would address any impervious-cover comments as part of the review.
