District outlines plan for roughly $45 million capital referendum to address HVAC, roofs and future projects

The superintendent said a follow-on project would likely come about three years later to continue air-conditioning work and would include replacement of the Mendon High School pool. The district intends to present a 10-year plan that would, over time, expand air conditioning across the nine schools, prioritizing second- and third-floor large-assembly areas.
