At the start of the regular meeting the commission received a cash flow report from finance staff showing an end-of-month July balance of $8,854,404 and, including restricted funds, $20,978,433.
Staff then presented two sets of claims: non-operating expenses totaling $49,062.97 and an additional claim from the 2021 TIF bonds of $27,085.75. Commissioners moved and seconded approval of the claims; roll-call votes recorded unanimous approval.
The commission also approved the meeting minutes as presented. No members recorded objections during discussion of these routine financial matters.
