The full packet, Zane said, "is on the website, and I think the city is putting out some sort of release." Staff later said they would ask the city to post a release on Facebook and in the monthly journal and that the funds are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and will be renewed annually.
No formal vote was required for the informational update. Staff thanked planning committee members for their work on the program and said they will follow up with a formal release and outreach.
