Dawsonville DDA approves access easement for Garden Street communities

The City of Dawsonville Downtown Development Authority approved an access easement for the Garden Street communities during a special called meeting on Aug. 20. Board member Jamie McCracken moved to approve the easement and authorize signature; Tasha Howell seconded the motion, and the board voted to carry it.

The easement item was presented by Downtown Development Director Amanda Edmonson, who said the board’s packet included documents for approval and that some prior approvals exist from earlier years.
