The Mt. Diablo Unified School District Board of Education on Aug. 13 approved three stipulated expulsion agreements for students identified in the record as Student 01-26, 2-26 and 3-26. Each motion passed unanimously on roll-call votes of 5–0.
Trustee Mason moved each expulsion and Trustee Lawrence seconded. Board staff said expulsions were for the fall 2025 semester and described the educational placements and conditions required for readmission.
