Mike Bailey, the presenter for the application, said the proposal would combine several parcels to create a 3.939-acre lot owned by a single individual and accommodate a one-story commercial building of approximately 21,930 square feet with about 20,000 square feet of outdoor display area. He said the site was the former Penny site and that GBT Realty Corporation is proposing the development.
