Staff recommended 12 conditions of approval, including rooftop-unit screening and a requirement for collapsible bollards at the internal access drive to discourage stacking onto the shared access road.
Planner Miss Pereira told council the applicant would use about 0.6 acres of a 0.82-acre parcel within the Glenwood Commons site; the presentation noted accessory future development on the remaining acreage. No applicant representative was present during the public hearing. Council members voiced concern about potential drive-through stacking and commended staff's conditions to reduce impacts.
Motion and outcome: Council member Schaffer moved to approve Resolution 25-51; Mr. Ryder seconded. The resolution passed by roll call, all present voting yes. Staff will record the developer's compliance with the 12 conditions before issuing building permits.
