Commissioners asked whether the applicant had conducted any studies of possible glare or reflection impacts on drivers and neighboring properties. Martinez said no specific reflection studies had been done but that the applicant would look into the question. He said the project will replace existing windows rather than adding tint to existing glazing.
The motion to approve included all staff stipulations; commissioners recorded their votes on roll call and the motion carried. Staff asked the applicant to submit final specifications to staff for review prior to issuance of the COA.
