Stacy Berberia, deputy director of Human Resources and Development, presented the request and said the action complies with Government Code procedures requiring a public announcement of compensation for a local agency executive prior to final board action. Supervisor Shuckley moved approval; Supervisor MacCarrie seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
