John Narsesian (project representative) said they would poll neighbors about fence style and preferred wood over vinyl. Board members and the tree commission expressed support for the compromise, and the board directed the applicant to work with the tree commission on both the fence design and planting plan.
A motion to modify the original approval’s condition to permit a fence in lieu of on‑site landscape screening and to require coordination with the tree commission carried; the chair voted aye.
