WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. — Honorina Maloney was sworn in as deputy city clerk during the Wheat Ridge City Council meeting on Aug. 11.
Senior Deputy City Clerk Margie Greer administered the oath of office and asked Maloney to introduce herself to council and the public. Maloney thanked the council and said she was "grateful for the privilege of serving as your deputy city clerk" and spoke briefly about her commitment to integrity and transparency in public service.
The council recognized the ceremonial item before moving into the rest of its agenda.
