County staff requested the period of performance be changed from Aug. 5, 2025, to Aug. 5, 2026, and to authorize Mark Taylor to sign the grant paperwork. A county staff member explained the grant already lists Taylor as the signatory; commissioners voted to approve the extension and authorize his signature.
