The authority’s creation, approved by motion from Commissioner Cooney and supported by Commissioner Wilson, passed on a roll call vote in which Commissioners Hoffman, Wilson, Vice Mayor Hess, Mayor Anderson, Commissioner Cooney and Commissioner Decker voted yes.
