Staff said the contractor and subcontractors completed shoulder stone work, driveway finishing on 290 Fourth Avenue (among other sites), and throat and crack sealing at multiple locations across the village. The payment was presented as the final closeout payment for the project.
A trustee moved and seconded approval; the board voted by voice and the motion carried by unanimous consent. Staff will proceed with administrative closeout of the contract.
