WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. — The Wheat Ridge City Council took several unanimous actions Monday across land-use, budget and regional service matters. Key votes and procedural actions from the Sept. 22 meeting follow.
- Resolution 45-2025: Clearvale Urban Renewal Plan — Approved unanimously. Council certified blight findings for approximately 109 acres and authorized TIF use within the Clearvale boundary (see separate article for details).
