Technology Services Director Eric Dealey said the contract that has been in place for about a decade covers hardware, software and labor for the health department. Administration told the committee the county had historically absorbed the cost structure without itemized billing; the new renewal includes a 15% service administrative fee to align the BDHD contract with county policy and other contracts.
