Development Services staff said predevelopment meetings increased compared with the prior year (staff reported about 30 meetings versus 14 the prior year) and highlighted proposed commercial and residential projects including a sushi restaurant at Township Square, Potbelly at 8225 Highway 6, Lane’s Chicken Fingers at the Old Dairy Queen site on Highway 6, expansion at the Mustang Bayou Water Plant, and continued development in business parks along Beltway 8.
