Secretary's motion approves dozens of professional consultant selections for university and state projects

Commissioners took the selections as a single motion and approved it by voice vote. Secretary Hargett and committee staff said the selections follow standard consultant selection procedures and are based on the procurement agencies' recommendations and current capacities.
The approvals cover projects ranging from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center interdisciplinary building to roof replacements, ADA corrections, auditorium renovations, and state park shoreline stabilization work. Departments and institutions named in the motion will proceed to contract work with selected firms under established procurement rules.
